Terms & Conditions

1. A copy of self-attested Pan/Aadhaar/Driving license/Valid Passport must be submitted during physical check in.
2. Transfer of booking/Name is not allowed under any circumstances.
3. Use of paan/paan masala/Alcoholic drinks/intoxicants is strictly prohibited & the authority/management must not
be held accountable for any unfortunate incident.
4. Guest must ensure that there is no damage occurs to the property, walls, ceiling, furniture, bed – related articles,
crockeries, cutleries, electrical, electronics, plumbing or sanitary installations or loss of any article.
5. In case of any damage/loss related to the above, the cost of the same along with penalty will be charged to the guest.
6. Guests are responsible for their own baggage, property, valuables, personal belongings. The authority or
management must not be held responsible under any circumstances.
7. Air conditioners will be available only during the normal power supply for maximum duration of six (6) hours only &
geysers (at mountainous region properties/cold regions) shall be made operational only twice in a day according to the
convenience of guest. Guest shall be held accountable for unnecessary or unjustified misuse of water which may cause
penalty up to INR 2000.00.
8. 50% advance at the time of booking to be made for the said date/s and balance 50% payment must be paid at least
30 days prior physical check in & on arrival for any package tour, failure of which may result in cancellation of the
booking & in that case, the paid amount shall not be refunded under any circumstances as well no action can be taken
against the management/authority.
9. DG can be hired on extra payment by giving an advance at least 7 days prior booking date.
10. Inverter power shall be made available only for emergency light/s & one socket for mobile charging.
11. Guests are required to obtain IPRS/PPL license as required at their own cost.
12. Music played should be under permitted decibel limit.
13. The property/hall/premise is to be vacated within one hour of the stipulated end time.
14. The management does not permit any open invitation events like trade shows, interviews, exhibitions etc.
15. Menu could be changed/served subjected availability & food orders to be placed at least five (5) hours prior serving.
16. Management/Authority is not responsible for any change or delay or modification of scheduled programme/tour
for any natural calamity/administrative/social/any action taken for national interest.
